What Makes Your Shirts Different?
Each of our shirts is made to order with care and attention to detail. We use DTG (direct-to-garment) printing, which means the design is infused into the fabric—not sitting on top of it.

What brand are your shirts and sweatshirts?
Our T-Shirts are printed on Comfort Colors and our sweatshirts are Gildan 18000. We are focused on quality you will love! These are unisex and run true to size, very important to us as well!
What is the Turn Around Time Once I Order?
Our standard processing time is 3–7 business days, with shipping typically taking 1–5 business days (3 days on average).
During busy times—such as holidays or special promotions—orders may occasionally experience a slight delay of an additional 1–2 business days. While this is rare, it can happen without notice due to high order volume.
As a small business, we truly appreciate your patience and support. Please know we are working hard behind the scenes to get your order to you as quickly as possible! 💖 All orders ship from USA!
What is your Return Policy?

Returns & Exchanges
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. Because all of our graphic tees are made to order we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect sizing
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong item or design
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 3 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will need your order number and a photo of the issue.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Order Changes and Cancellations
We begin processing orders quickly, so changes or cancellations are not guaranteed.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at wildheartstradingco@gmail.com.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We work quickly! Feel free to reach out to us immediately, but chances are your order is already being processed.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
